Contact center management solution is focused to automate the calling process and offer the best-in-industry solutions for collections, up-sell, and cross-sell. Flexydial has a strong footprint in the BFSI segment with all major companies and BFSI using our technology. Flexydial also offers specialized solutions for call centers and other industries. It is built to help organizations increase employee productivity and provide an intuitive experience.

Hoppr – HRMS

Hoppr is our in-house HRMS product built with our vast 20 years of industry experience in staffing and recruitment.

Departments in HR, payroll, compliance, finance, and admin have contributed to building the HRMS which ensures all the features as per department are imbibed in the product, to help them automate and digitize the process, increase productivity and provide an intuitive experience to the users.

Hoppr offers complete digitization from Onboarding to exit, with an ability to work on the go with our mobile app. The dashboard for employee self-service and manager self-service helps to work from anywhere and a robust and customizable reporting feature helps to generate relevant reports from the tool. All compliance reports for India across all states are available to download post payroll processing.
